I finally gave up on Claude. Three days ago, I could not get more than two steps into activities such as planning tests in my lab and outlining updates about the lab and test status before being flagged as a security risk and having my thread demoted to Opus 4.8. It stings more because I pay for the $100 subscription. The lab involves AI security tests, but no offensive tooling.
The good news is that migrating back to ChatGPT was not a big production. In the past two days, I completed the migration, set up my projects, and ran the test from my last post.
Codex has been a good fit. ChatGPT integrates with Notion and GitHub, which matters to my workflow.
